Colored girls can't wear color???

Is this some myth or belief that women with deep dark skintones can't wear colors?!? Well I am here to put that rumor to rest!  All women of color can wear color. In my opinion the darker your skin is the more colors "pop"! The key to wearing colors is knowing which shade or tone of the color compliments your particular skintone, sistahs. Me myself I LOVE color, color makes me happy!  I used to think I was too dark to wear certain colors (when I was much younger) until I figured out exactly how to rock them. with sooo many beautiful, bright and vibrant colors to choose from it is self defeating to your persaonl style to deprive yourself. You are a queen and should adorn yourself as such. I hate seeing deep toned brothas & sistahs looking drab in browns/grays that wash their complexion out.  Adding brghter color into your wardrobe, makeup routine, or even your hair will compliment your skintone thus making you stand out ( in a great way)!
So I will use myself as an example. My skintone is a deep brown and I have golden undertones in my skin. I love nail polish colors. I like yellow, so to compliment my skintone I needed to find a warm toned yellow instead of a pale/pastel yellow that made me look ashy.
